Responsible for a vast array of projects involving Infrastructure Support within the Fluid Power Division.

Responsible for performing Web development for Aerospace group and Plant level sites.

Responsible for providing helpdesk and system administration support to include hardware, software, installations, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, user account administration and technical assistance for Fluid Power Division.
Completed Project Samples
Global Logon Script: Created and implemented a Global Logon Script based on XML, HTML, WSH and CMD languages. This GLS provided one script for divisions and groups while allowing individual sites to be able to modify the client script with an individual xml file. Division level xml files supplied one file to modify all clients within division. Script was modular in design with individual components for drive mappings, printers, virus updates, news and program installs. Batch file launched initial process for legacy client support. All processes were documented.
Aerospace Internet Portal: Created, developed and maintained Eaton Aerospace portal. Took existing structure and modified with accordance to Eaton standards. Provided one portal for all Aerospace locations. ASP, .NET, Java, SQL and HTML technologies.
Electrical Sensors Intranet: Created, developed and maintained Eaton Electrical Sensors intranet site. A portal for employees to view news items, links, calendars and internal applications. Portal was based on ASP, Java, SQL, DHTML, HTML and .NET technologies.
Thin Clients: Created and documented Thin Client standard for Eaton Corporation. Implemented 50 Thin Clients and Server in Grand Rapids facility. GPO locked down all thin clients on shop floor. Reduced service request from shop floor. Provided one desktop to all shop floor users.
Bar Code Program: Developed bar code label program for shipping department. Based on Access 2000, this program is used to print and track barcode labels set to Boeing and Lockheed Martin standards and specifications. Labels are tracked in access database.
Service Desk: Played active role in implementing Eaton Service Desk to Grand Rapids facility, Aerospace Group and Fluid Power Division.
System Tray Application: Developed, documented and implemented a system tray application that provided computer users with a one click option to get support information. This application put a icon next to the system clock that when clicked supplied a menu with links, numbers, emails and common sites to provide IT support.
UID Labels: Implemented UID system based on i-guides and standards set in place by Lockheed Martin. UID are used to label all military parts on site.
GPO Lockdown: Active role and technical liaison for team that provided a GPO to lockdown clients PC’s beyond User Level Permissions. GPO was released to the Fluid Power division and personally implemented to 10+ locations.
OIS Template: Created and implemented Operational Instructions Sheet templates that are used to supply instructions to assemblers. Based on MS Word template technologies, template was implemented and Project engineers were trained on standard layouts and image size control for OIS instructions.
